Job Description
The Finance Manager plays a key role in the success of this NFP organisation.

The Finance Manager will lead on all corporate internal and external reporting for the organisation.
You will drive continuous improvements in the department’s processes and procedure including identifying opportunities to streamline and automate existing administrative procedures and tasks.
The Finance Manager will work closely with and provide technical accounting support to the Treasury and Business Planning Team and the Management Accountant Team.

You will deputise for the Financial Controller on all financial accounting matters.

The Finance manager will provide innovative leadership across the organisation for the financial accounting function, developing a coaching culture, leading transformational change as well as continuous improvement.

You will support the leadership with a strong customer focus and in a cost effective way. Ensure the management accounts function supports the delivery of Strategy. You will deliver good customer services within the financial accounting function, ensuring value for money is achieved.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a fully qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA

You will have experience of leading and managing a team

Excellent systems skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

What’s on Offer
A competitive salary of £45,000 – £48,000

17% pension contributions from the organisation if you put in 6.5%
