Job Description : An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Financial Controller to join us at the company based in Moorends, Doncaster. The role is a newly created one. As Financial Controller you will be working alongside the existing senior management to ensure accurate and timely financial information is reported for the Company.The company has strong growth predictions over the coming years and due to this we are looking for a Financial Controller to help achieve that growth and making sure it is sustainable.Key responsibilities:All financial reporting for the company to include monthly accounts, annual budgeting and statutory accountsContinuous financial improvements and development of financial processes and controlsManage cashflowManage day to day accounting for the companyTo provide accurate and timely monthly reporting packsTo prepare the year end statutory accounts and organise year end and tax files for accountantMonthly/weekly payroll processingSupport ad hoc projectsProcessing VAT and submitting to the HMRCGeneral bookkeeping duties to support the companyThis opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified accountant with both industry and practice experience, you will have a proven track record in a similar role.To be considered for this role you should have the following skills and experience:Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMAHave strong IT skills (particularly excel)Confident, self-starter and ability to work independently in a high growth environmentGreat communication skillsWorking knowledge of SageWe offer a competitive salary which will be dependant on the individuals experience with 21 days holidays per annum plus statutory bank holidays, a company pension and structured bonus scheme available.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From £30,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus schemeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Experience:Accounting: 3 years (required)
