Business
Financial Markets Production Management (FM) is the “Run” backbone of Financial Markets Technology. This includes supporting of front-to-back business applications used by Financial Markets Front, Middle and Back Office, as well as related functions such as Finance, Compliance. On top of that, FM Production Management is responsible for trading floor infrastructure, design and delivery of infrastructure demands from FM CIO, while maintaining Audit/Regulatory commitment at highest standard
Processes
Integration of client and ECNs to FX FIX APIs, predominantly using Standard Chartered’ s API but also using 3rd party APIs.
Work with clients to help onboard and integrate RESTFUL API to SCALE spec
3rd line support for FIX APIs already in Production.
Write and maintain FIX specifications.
Work closely with eTrading and eCommerce business to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
Provide subject matter expertise to Development, QA, Sales and Support teams including producing and maintaining documentation.
Raise and perform minor changes to Production systems.
Perform FX FIX API related analysis and project work as required.
Support internal teams with regression testing
Continuously seek to improve internal processes and systems.

Our Ideal Candidate
Scripting ability (e.g. shell/Perl/Python) would be advantageous.
Experience with producing reports in Business Objects would be advantageous.
An experienced FIX on-boarding specialist with strong understanding of the FIX protocol and UNIX skills.
Previous experience in FIX within a financial services organisation, of which should be in FIX on-boarding.
In depth experience of working with and supporting FX trading platforms/electronic trading platforms (although other asset classes will be considered).
