This means, we are always ever evolving and learning new things.In this role you willDevelop your business analytical and Salesforce skills by understanding the different products and features Salesforce has to offer.For this, you will be completing Salesforce training and working very closely with our team of seasoned Salesforce engineers, business analysts and product teams.Your journey within Tyro starts with self-training of the platform through Trailheads and Certifications.You will then start learning about Tyro’s business processes by attending workshops, and discoveries.To continue your journey, you will be shadowing senior Salesforce engineers to learn more about the platform and also shadowing our Business Analyst/Quality Assurance to learn more about the processes and requirement gathering process.You will start getting hands-on experience by assisting on functional BAU and assisting your team on quality assurance of on-going deliverables.You will also start helping the team by liaising with the Product and other engineering teams to start drafting business requirements and put/update processes and diagrams.
