Our global Customer Success team (India, US, UK, Australia & Germany) of around 80+ members is working with large enterprises spread across the North American (70%), European (20%), and ANZ (10%) regions. Customer Success has been one of the growth pillars and is of strategic importance for Whatfix.

Key Responsibilities – In this role, you would:

The primary responsibility of the Whatfix enablement team is to design and develop a variety of creative learning content design and other related activities by creatively translating technical information into effective visual concepts.
Work with the creative team to conceptualize ideas for learning content materials on our product.
Edit videos create animations for our product features and technical skills required.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand identity.
Create a final package of the learning content adhering to the brand guideline and to be able to host on various LMS platforms.
Willing to work in EMEA timezone

Required Skills and Experience:

Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite in both photo and video editing domains i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, etc.
Must be a team player willing to work in collaboration to put the best work forward.
With good communication skills.
Must be well-versed in current trends and consistently come up with new ideas to keep
the graphics and videos are fresh and interesting.
Must have an eye for detail and an understanding of aesthetics when it comes to design.
