You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.What we expect from the candidate: Ability to translate ideas, mock-ups into visually engaging creatives.Knowledge of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.Experience with fashion & lifestyle branding projects and presentations.Experience with marketing campaigns, e-mailers, and social media communication.Commanding skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.Understanding of motion graphics & basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be looked at as an added advantageRoles and ResponsibilitiesPlanning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.Communicating with the marketing team to create necessary graphics for various social media campaigns.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style & related aesthetic conceptsDevelop illustrations, logos & other designs using software or by handWork with copywriters and creative team to produce the final designEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealingReviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.Competencies: Creativity: Ability to come up with creative, innovative, and out of box ideas. Having a visual eye no matter what medium you work on.Communication Skills: Must have strong communication skills including good listening, speaking, and writing skills. You must also be able to communicate properly to express ideas without any hesitation, understand company requirements and carry a conversation charismatically without being informal.Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat). Knowledge of video editing / HTML email design skills is an added advantage.Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy and thoroughness when executing tasks and avoiding copyright infringement.Time Management: Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Organizational skills: Ability to use given resources efficiently and effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Enthusiasm: Exhibits passion and excitement over work.
