Job Description : A graphic & web designer with High proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and possess strong color theory, design, typography skills and other web design principles.

You Will –

Work closely with the Marketing Team, HR team and Product SMEs to understand the requirements of a creative brief, develop concepts, iterate quickly and be able to successfully execute design solutions

Your designs and concepts are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as website branding, advertising play books, E-books, Sales collaterals, event collaterals, Sales Decks, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving organizations a visual ‘brand’ for events, Sales Decks and social branding.

Your work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Your Professional Requirements-

3+ years of work experience in Graphic design responsible for leading teams that create design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves understanding requirement and their needs before making design decisions.

Practical knowledge of web architecture, usability,

Motion graphics and video editing skills, knowledge of Adobe After Effects and other video editing software.

Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, Adobe, Photoshop.

Ability to rapidly conceive, visualize & iterate design solutions in a shared environment Ready to work in EU/US time
