Job Description : Supervise the Reception Area & Data*Supervise the front desk executive for managing properly telephone calls, screen and direct calls to the concerned persons by maintaining the voice quality(Greetings ,Etiquettes, Voice pitch, language)Supervise the designated person at reception to manage the incoming official emails on SPACE GroupDirect and supervise for greeting persons entering organizationEnsure to guide for dealing with queries from the public and customersReview and ensuring the maintenance of filing systemsManaging the petty cash. (If provided)Supervise for taking care of courier recordsEnsure and monitor the display boards at reception area for timely updates.**Administrative & Clerical work**Maintain office supply inventories and place orders.Coordinate maintenance of office equipmentEnsures the safeguarding of all confidential files;Keeping office area neat and tide.To keep track of condemnation of material and sale thereof.To check systems and working of estate.Preparing correspondence related to admin work.Arranging and scheduling the meetings for the senior authorities.Lead, direct and mentor administrative staff to achieve maximum output.Manage databases and document processes and systems implement**Office Rules and Regulation**Update administrative rules & office policies as per administration SOP.Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.To Keep track and update office rules for benefits of employees.Manage Attendance/Leave Records, Report**Handle the monthly attendance, leave records and applicationsMaintain leave balance systemsSupervise and manage the travel expenses of employeeSupervision of Store**Assist to the store Staff in his day-to-day tasks.Inspect items and products for any breakages or damages.Assist stores staff in managing inventory controls.Maintain the store area neat and clean and sanitized.Handle safely and delicately the items and products in a store.Manage and tally stock in store.Assisting to finance**Keep all files and folder updated and in order related to tasks entrusted.Assist and support accounts department in financial operations if any.Ensure timely completion of financial and other administrative audits.**Other Responsibilities**To supervise the office premises other estate for sanitation & cleanliness and direct employees for the same.General Discipline**To take round in office from time to time to maintain discipline & if required issue warnings and show-cause through proper channel.Recruitment & Selection, Joining & Exit FormalitiesPlan for the recruitments on TimePreparation of the Induction plan and New Joinees Training PlanArrangement for New joinee –Pre Joining ArrangementsConducts orientation program to new employees.Issue the Offer letter/Appt Letter and other correspondence letters to new joineeComplete all the exit formalities.**Training & DevelopmentEvaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employee/HOD.Take Initiative to conduct the Induction.**Performance AppraisalComplete quarterly performance evaluation processMaintain the records of Annual AppraisalComplete all the formalities related to employees appraisal**Employee WelfareOrganize Event Celebrations (Festival) & Birthday celebrations in office.Organize the Picnics & Other activities for employees.Any other job profile not expressed but incidental to profile are included.**Leave ManagementPrepare the attendance for all the companies(STEPL,GESPL,SPACE, ASTROTOURISM)Timely submission of leaves to Accounts for further processing*Expected Start Date: 15/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR & Admin: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
