What success looks like in this role:
Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.Builds productive internal/external working relationships.Normally receives general instructions on moderately complex work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Handle end to end onboarding experience for new joiners – from pre-onboarding engagement to post employment experience
Coordinate with IT admin teams to ensure timely delivery of welcome kits company assets to new joiners
Deliver employee orientation sessions on Day-1 for new joiners
Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to schedule required training sessions for new joiners
Develop a deeper understanding of internal HR policies and act as the first point of contact for all new joiners to resolve any policies-related queries
Handle documentation and ensure compliance with defined SOPs
Regularly update employee data on the HR system
Oversee and participate in the client onboarding background check process, including assisting in the background check execution, tracking, and adjusting the process as needed based on any new requirements.
Assisting new hires and management process including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information as needed.
Managing Joining Formalities.
Support and Managing release of Offer letters.
Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners.
Maintaining records through our HRMS Software (workday).
Other duties as assigned or required as per business needs.Custodian of all the regional Onboarding process from post offer acceptance up to 6-12 monthsCollaboration with all Corporate and Enabling functions wherever applicable to ensure onboarding process, content and videos are up to dateCoordinate and facilitate all operational tasks associated with the regional onboarding viz., associate queries and ensuring all documentation including mandatory and statutory applicable to respective countries are submitted and compliantCoordinate company presentations and product demosExposure, Experience and knowledge of HR, functional and IT Systems to provide a strong and consistent first impression of the organization and drive Candidate/Associate engagement consistently.Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up and guide to relevant functional teams or spocsPrepare, plan and process to execute end to end Onboarding actions across all personas and completion of requests within TATHands on experience and fair understanding of all HCM, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding actionsExercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.To Primarily interface with clients, service delivery units, immediate management and other team members to ensure an accurate service request resolution or routed to the appropriate requestor/resolverAbility to follow defined processes, adapt to process changes and work autonomously with authenticity and integrityGood communication skills (oral and written)Good problem solving and client interaction skillsGood Knowledge of MS-Office, process flow creation using online platformsPunctual, adaptable and drive can do attitudeAbility to be flexible, agile with Strong time management skillsAn eye for detail and organizational skillsTeam player / Ability to work in a team proactivelyAbility to work efficiently and independentlyExperience in filtering and updating complex functional knowledge for use in problem/ resolutionReports and discusses with concerned teams, regional HRSS lead and Onboarding lead for guidance wherever necessary
• Queue reviews, take care of backlog, create backups, maintain to do actions, customer satisfaction surveys to ensure quality and efficiency of support • Work effectively with international team members to provide seamless service to clients in management language (English) and collaborate with concerned spocs for any language constraintsAnalysis and replication of issues faced by clients to provide best solution to clients in a timely manner
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Preferred MBA in HR) with a minimum of 5-8 Years Experience in HR Function
Fluency in English and one of the following languages (Mandarin, Chinese, Filipino )
