Overview:
Client’s FRT (Finance & Risk Technology) team service the global enterprise with solutions to assist in business critical decision making processes such as:
Financial evaluation of revenues
Analyse and create Trading strategies
Create commercial Client Centric marketing, sales and on-boarding strategies
Calculation of risk exposures and build hedging strategies
Datwarehouse team works on enhancements and maintenance of Enterprise Data Warehouse which at present holds 20TB data with an average 300 million rows processed on daily basis. To sustain such a huge volume and ensure a smooth user experience team continuously evaluates and has already implemented newest features in SQL Server 2016 like Columnstore Indexes and Partitioning. Business Intelligence presentation layer is built around OLAP, Tabular Model with reports and dashboards created using Power BI.
As a Senior Developer you will:
Design, develop and maintain various components to enhance existing Business Intelligence platform in the bank
Participate in an agile development process with emphasis on taking personal ownership and responsibility for your deliveries
Be working with a high performance team, which focus on technical professionalism and quality in deliveries
Your Profile:
As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic. You should also proven experience within one or more of those below:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Data warehousing environment/projects with high proficiency in
T-SQL and performance optimization techniques
MS BI Suite including SQL Server, Integration Services and Analysis Services (multidimensional and tabular)
Hands on experience on C#
Incident handling and performance enhancements.
Good to have experience in Power BI, Azure Devops, Data Vault 2.0, Snowflake
