Job Description : Are you an Indirect Tax Manager looking to take a step into the Big 4?
You’ll join a firm that will provide you with the experience & mindset of a leader, solving complex tax issues for their biggest clients across a variety of industries.
Your duties will include:
Creating, sustaining and managing effective teams
Leadership of delivery team
Supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
Significant involvement in the management of your team both in terms of strategy & operations and also through managing junior staff development and assignments
Building & maintaining tax relationships with clients
Negotiation
Business development
High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business approach taken

To qualify for the role you should have
Significant experience in VAT Tax from a large accountancy or in-house team
ATT / ACA / CA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Tax specialist qualification / or breadth of knowledge equivalent to a Tax specialist qualification
You’ll also ideally have
Project management skills, plan & prioritize work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget
