Depaul UK delivers a wide range of support and housing services for young people and adults at risk of homelessness. We specialise in services that prevent homelessness, increase the resilience of those we work with and energise opportunities for employment, education, training and volunteering in the communities we work.

INTERIM Executive Director Finance, Facilities and IT

£75,000 – £80,000
Fixed term 3-4 months from 11th April 2022
Full time/ 37.5 hours per week but open to discuss 4 days/compressed hours
Hybrid: London/Remote working – with an expectation to be in the London office a minimum of 8 days per month.

We are currently recruiting for the permanent postholder who will hopefully be able to start before the autumn. Over the past three years we have significantly strengthened the foundations of the finance, facilities and IT functions and we now require a talented and capable leader to maintain momentum to realise our longer term plans. As the interim, you will be leading a Directorate made up of high performing teams to ensure the day to day running of the functions and to progress the delivery of some of our strategic initiatives where they relate to finance, IT and facilities.

We are seeking a highly collaborative, financially adept leader, ideally with experience of broader organisational operations. A qualified accountant, you will bring experience of implementing financial strategy in a senior leadership/executive role and of integrating financial planning and delivering efficiencies.
