Job Description : Position: Interior DesignerExperience: 4+ YearsSalary: NegotiableLocation: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, GurgaonInterview Mode: Face to FaceJob Description: Undertake the design of the project from the concept stage conceptualize space designs for interior fit-outs. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans able to conceptualize designs based on client budgets should be able to handle come up with innovative concepts in a short span of time and put them in design.Responsibilities: 1. Assesses and meets clients’ requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.2. Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using Autocad, Sketchup, and other software3. Create idea boards to communicates design concepts to clients4. Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principle5. Creative talent, imagination, eye for design.6. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects7. Meet with clients in order to understand the client’s objectives and desires8. Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to address clients need9. Prepare presentation10. Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant.11. Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion12. Conduct on-site observation and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.13. Research and decide on material and products sourcing14. Supervise work progress15. Be able to do the quick rendering as per customer specification and provide information about interior accessories.16. Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage.Required Skills: 1. Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design2. Communication and presentation skills and acumen to deal with a client.3. Project management skill4. Experience in interior design in hotels or upscale residential for 5+ years.5. Good Communications Skills6. Candidate Should have experience in Hotels & Residential industryTechnical Skills: 1.
