Job Description : Lead inventory and analysis activities in order to increase business productivity and compliance in Omnichannel (OCL) department. Assist OCL Head to identifies improvement opportunities, recommendations and new process implementation. The responsibility consists of the following duties;

Act as Liaison / SME in inventory and lead inventory control programs to ensure effective inventory management and accuracy across all distribution network that include;

Perform Inventory Efficiency i.e. Drive Slow Moving inventory and Discontinue product (NLA) and recommend actions to minimize cost and inventory

Provide Safety stock analysis and recommendations

Perform Inventory adjustment for all physical locations

Perform Back Orders execution and Inventory reconciliation

Perform Inventory management system implementation, upgrade and integration

Monitoring system setup to Support market promotion activities and new product launches

Provide analysis and support for improvement in any areas of the warehousing, inventory management, logistics, distribution and after sales service.

Assist in designing and implementing innovative strategies, programs and practices that address the increment of productivity on costs, lead times and service levels

Conducts external benchmarking reviews and business process reviews to implement best practices and monitor and adjust programs as necessary

Develops, metrics and analytics (including key performance indicators) and gap analysis

Support inbound and outbound logistics teams on P2L, RP, other systems.

Ensure effective coordination of team with IT, Digital, Marketing, 3PL Transportation, Amway Shops, Planning, Sourcing Sites, External suppliers on Order Delivery and Shop Replenishment.

Support team’s capability improvement toward Global standard
SKILLS AND COMPETENCY REQUIRED

Minimal 3 years’ experience in in one or more of the following areas: , warehousing, inventory management, logistics, distribution

Critical Thinking, Ability to interpret data, and strategic thinking
