Job Description : We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to provide high-level and detailed elicitation, definition, documentation, traceability, and management of requirements for web, mobile, and various other applications that support Green Story’s SaaS platform.
You need to be well versed in recent engineering practices for software development within a core agile environment, and actively help us in terms of shipping our product & Go To Market strategy. You need to be a dedicated person with strong managing and coordinating skills. You will be closely working with global cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities –
Analyze, define, and document complex system requirements and business processes
Document current and future states using process map diagrams, flowcharts, and other supporting documentation
Support the development of user stories, test scenarios and test cases
Responsible for business testing while new features releases happened, and bug fixes happen for existing features
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process automation
Develop a “trusted advisor” relationship with business stakeholders through effective communication and efficient execution of projects
Act as liaison between IT, vendors and assigned functional areas
Assists in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technologies
Participate in product evaluations, vendor assessments, RFI/RFP as necessary
Conducting customer interviews & capturing the customer feedback and introducing those suggested enhancements

Required Skills –
3+ years of experience in the IT software product development domain as a Business Analyst
Good understanding of the latest technology stacks
Ability to organize and execute requirements work for multiple simultaneous projects
Basic understanding of Project Management documents and concepts such as: project lifecycle, charter, scope, WBS, Gantt chart, and RACI.
Prior experience in Product/Project development tools (ALM tools, Ex. – Jira, monday.com)
Good knowledge of process design, process flows, mapping
Worked in an Agile environment
Understanding of PDLC/SDLC (Product/Software Development Life Cycle)
Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and others)
Critical problem-solving and ability to come up with quick solution approaches
Ability to perform in a very high pace development environment
Excellent in written & verbal communication
Good to have –
Prior experience with product-based Start-up companies would be a good advantage
Education –
B.E./ B.Tech. in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent areas
Degree in Business Analysis
Post-Graduate in Technology Management / Leadership would be nice to have
