Job Description : Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT Help and Service Desk responsibilitiesAnalysis of more complex or unusual issuesResolution of issues that Tier 1 support is unable to resolveResearch new technologies as part of teamRecommend/Develop solutions to complex problems; implement solutionsBecome a subject matter expert in selected areasWork with other Tier 1/2/3 Analysts to recommend or escalate issues as neededConsult with internal/external resources as needed to understand and resolve issuesHardware and software setup, troubleshooting, and repair
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologiesDemonstrated willingness to dig into hardware/software problem to resolveAble to communicate effectively with the team and with internal users regarding issues and problemsWork independently to resolve issuesDemonstrated ability to accept broad responsibilities and work independently within department/team guidelinesAbility to provide knowledge transfer and guidance to other team members in specific areas of expertise
Experience 3 to 5 years in the following:
Management of tickets within an ITSM systemActive Directory/Azure AD/O365 User Account Creation/Group Creation and ModificationsOffice365 Mailbox creations and modificationDeploying applications and troubleshooting application errorsLaptop/Workstation imaging deployment utilizing MDT PlatformTroubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 (performance, bluescreens, connectivity)Laptop/Workstation hardware diagnostics (performance, bluescreens, connectivity)Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting (Driver management, firmware and print server Administration
