Job Description : Write, format, edit, and review technical articles, case studies, whitepapers, and other documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.Research, write and ensure the accuracy of the content that covers current and future releases of our product.Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users with mixed levels of expertise.Coordinate with subject matter experts to prepare, review, revise, and manage the content deliverables.Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.Submit work to editors for input and approval.Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.Update website content as and when needed.Monitor content metrics and submit reports of performance.Requirements5-7 years of proven experience of technical editing/writing in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to learn and translate complicated concepts into content that is accessible to audiences with technical and non-technical backgrounds.Good understanding of market research techniques.Proven experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams, with an eye for prioritization.Precise documentation and clear communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong experience owning an end-to-end content creation process.Excellent work ethic and strong intellectual curiosity.Familiarity with IT service management software (ITSM), PaaS, and SaaS.Ability to work with geographically distributed team members and developers.Fluency in written US English is a must.Creativity and commercial awareness.Portfolio of published articles.Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) is preferred but not mandatory.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:YesExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
