Responsibilities
Hands on and keen to develop/trouble shoot complex technical scenariosAppreciation for business requirements and domain knowledgeParticipate in Agile meetings, process activities and ensures practices are followed in the teamDesign and Develop Restful APIs and Web Services.Gather and refine specification and requirements based on technical needs.Build Microservices with the 12 Factor App Pattern on Pivotal Cloud Foundry(PCF)Deliver and integrate Microservices with web and mobile applications.Follow Agile Software methodologies for development.Write automated unit, feature and regression test suites.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Required Experience
4 to 10 years’ experience in Java and J2EE application development in a web environmentMin 3 years of experience with Java 8 or above.Min 3 years of experience with Frameworks such as Spring and hibernate is a mustMin 3 years of experience with developing Micrservices using Springboot.Strong expertise in Core Java, Collections, Lambda Function and Stream APIGood Knowledge and experience in Spring SecurityGood Knowledge and experience in any RDBMS is must and good to have knowledge on any noSQL databaseProblem resolving skills and encourage team to focus on issues at hand.End to End integration experience of Microservices with front end system.He/she needs to have relevant PaaS experiences include delivering a platform using PCF/AWS/Openshift/ Kubernetes. Any cloud certification will be added advantage.Provider- AND consumer-side programming using Java Web Services/ RestfulAbility to build/interface with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. (identity and session management – oAuth2, IAM, internal banking user 2FA login APIs)Hands on experience working with APIs and microservices, integrating external and internal web services including SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, through Zuul Gateway Service Proxy.He/she needs to have a proficient understanding of software tools such as Git, GitHub, SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket and Jenkins (CI/CD). He/she needs to be familiar with scanner tools like Fortify, SonarQube and NexusIQ-Sonatype. Ability to fix vulnerabilities issues.A basic understanding of front-end technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, is plus.

Experience working in a bank IT Digital environment or insurance IT Digital environment would be a plus.
