We’re looking for an agile Java Lead Developer for Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Tech Level3 team in Pune who can:
assess business requirement documentsdesign and implement solutions usingstandardized SDLC methodologiesdo java development and unit testing, maintenance and other support activitiesmeet the high expectations of clients through frequent release cycles of quality softwareexcellent verbal communication skillsgood problem solving skills and attention to details
interface with stakeholders to identify and understand their business goalsperform analysis and evaluation of customer requirements
Your team
You will be working in the Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Tech Level3 team across the Wealth Management Americas Applications landscape.
Your expertise
ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders and teams8+ years of experience in application development/maintenance for medium to large complex applications in open stack J2EE platform.experience in SDLC/Agile Methodologygood understanding on object-oriented design concepts and applying the design patternsexperience in multi-threaded java application developmentexperience configuring and integrating java libraries such as Drools, JMS, Kaa and in Memory Tools etc.hands on experience designing databases, writing PL/SQL scriptsfamiliarity with development of UI components using Angular JS, React JS or Jqueryfamiliarity with backend databases e.g Oracle, PostgreSQL etcexperience with Unix & Shell Scriptingexperience using development tools and systems such as GitLab, Maven, Gradle & Jenkins etcproactive and provide regular updates of progress madecomfortable with working in fast paced environment with teams across time zonescapable of working independently when necessaryskilled at recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
ability to troubleshoot problem tickets and provide a fix within SLAs
