Key Responsibilities : 1 Should be a team player taking up responsibilities of a team member 2 Should work in collaboration with client stakeholders; technical interactions with COE team 3 Should have fair working knowledge experience in ITSM/Project Management tools Remedy, Jira etc 4 Should be well versed with SLM KPI targets
Technical Experience : 1 Should have a good knowledge of any Scripting Language Java Script, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Python and API REST, SOAP etc 2 Should either have working knowledge of vRA/vRO Administration or should be ready to upskill 3 Virtualization skills like VMWare, Hyper-V, CITRIX etc will be added qualification 4 Good knowledge of Operating Systems Windows Linux 5 Working knowledge of Cloud platforms AWS/Azure
