This is an exciting opportunity to start in a junior role in a small team which involves training. You will join a strategic product management team and contribute to the success of our application feature set.Your daily tasks will include the following: Assist the Product Manager to prepare and author detailed feature specifications, wireframes and feature planning documentation for the purposes of task management and for developers to work fromAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of Coordinate Sport and the feature set both internally and externally. This will involve you eventually meeting our customers via video meetings and working with colleagues across the businessGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthBecome an expert on our products, intimately familiar with all aspects of the end-to-end user experience and the customers who use our productsTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesEdit audio and video help guides showcasing new and existing features of the app.Write help guides and specification documentsHelp to Drive product launches including those that involve presentations, working with our management team and other colleaguesContinually attend training events/courses, read about other products and gain industry knowledge in relation to product management, UI/UX design, software development and project managementAssist Product Managers with defining and managing the product roadmapHelp monitor roadmap delivery progress, highlighting any delivery challengesWork with cross-functional stakeholders to co-ordinate Go To Market activities to ensure internal and external readiness ahead of shipping a new releasePerform research and analysis to understand the needs of the market, understand the competitor landscape and spend time with users to really understand their requirements and the problems a product needs to solvePerform a wide array of product management activities, learning as you work, either by shadowing Product Managers or via self-learning initiativesAn effective engaging communicator and builds effective relationships quicklyHighly organised and strong time managementSkills/Interests: You are a creative person and also a person who is comfortable dealing with complex reports and figuresYou enjoy recording videos, teaching people, working with new features and writing guides and content.You are a great communicator in both spoken and written words and grammar is really important to youAn ideas person with a can-do attitude, an appetite for progression and “rising to the challenge”You are comfortable using or learning to use tools such as Figma, Adobe Tools, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Video/Audio Editing tools and other apps to an advanced levelYou thrive working in multi-talented teams and work well under pressurePatient, friendly and live to learnYou have experience working with or studying with computer programs or office suitesStrong motivation and a passion for product and technology; comfortable asking probing questions and solving problemsFull Training will be provided.NB – Only applicants that include a cover letter detailing why they think they are suitable for this role will be considered.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany pensionFlexible scheduleSick payWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
