Preferred qualifications:

Experience developing and delivering programs in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
Experience designing and driving large scale software/feature development programs

The Search India team is part of Search Journeys. The team operates at a high velocity, and you will play a significant role in the planning and execution of high priority efforts to deliver compelling user experiences in our India market and beyond. Initiatives span a variety of different feature areas and are generally optimized for India as a market given the goals that Search has to grow in this space.

Responsibilities
Partner cross-functionally both locally in Bangalore and with stakeholders and partners in other locations to create a framework for the portfolio of efforts.
Develop and execute feature planning and prioritization efforts for Engineering, Product, and User Design teams.
Establish the necessary programs and one-off projects for the team to plan and execute in order for India initiatives to be successful.
Develop and execute internal operational processes at scale.
Contribute to the strategy in India, aligning the approach with other country of focus efforts and Search growth overall.
