Job Description:
The candidate should be able to independently handle the entire Recruitment process right from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, target hunting, and initial interviewing to joining.
Key Role and Responsibility
Excellent understating of Recruitment of IT Skills and Technologies.
Have prior experience in EMEA/APAC region Hiring.
Sourcing, searching and recruitment from job portals and social sites.
Timely submission of resumes as per the position.
Identify and qualify high-quality candidates who are precise fits for job orders sent by our clients in the EMEA/APAC market.
Should have hired for IT positions like – ReactJS, AngularJS, Node.JS, AI/ML, IoT, Mobile Technologies (Hybrid/iOS/Android), Java, Microsoft Technologies, Salesforce, Designing (UI/UX) etc.
Identifying and processing the right candidate towards closure to achieve a positive conversion.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from sourcing to joining to increase brand value of the organization.
Able to follow up with the selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
Manage, monitor and improve hiring ratios like “Time to Submit”, “Submission to joining”, etc.
Identify bottlenecks, if any and deliberate resolution along with the TL/Manager
Weekly review with TL and/or manager on his/her performance.
Ensure recruitment ‘Service Level Agreements’ (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with TL/Manager and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
2+ years of experience in a technical staffing agency, corporate recruiting, or research setting in EMEA/APAC region.
Strong technical skills (ATS, MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
Sales and negotiation skills
Organized, hardworking and efficient time management
Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent
Should be a good team player and takes ownership.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
Must be proactive & self-driven.
