Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Writing Senior/Leader to represent and develop the UX Writing discipline across our organization. You will own and shape the microcopy across our Mobile App and Web platforms, craft a personality for the brand through voice and tone, and champion for a seamless and delightful user experience. Shaping user experiences by writing useful, meaningful text, your contribution will ensure our platform can be used effortlessly and easily.
Responsibilities
Define the vision, goals and success metrics of the UX Writing at ADDX by closely working with senior design and product leaders and stakeholders of ADDX
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other members of our product team to craft and design content across multiple platforms
Anticipate customer needs based on their persona and objectives and explore innovative solutions in a space where little precedence exists
Create content tailored to user needs by considering customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings
Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements
Optimize the user experience across the entire user journey using clear, concise, and compelling copy
Improve and maintain the voice and tone of the brand, applying them across the content experience
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a UX Writer for global products and services across different markets
Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as strong communication skills that inspire and engage senior executives and stakeholders
Experience writing content for web/mobile products
Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for ADDX’s mission and strong drive for achieving excellence with regards to overall user experience
Strong Portfolio of UX writing samples
