About the company
My client was formed in 2016 in Adelaide and has 20 employees. They developed a Cloud-based, Windows desktop solution for the aged care industry and with customer feedback, was completely re-developed into 100% web application in 2018.
Based in nice modern offices near the Parade in Norwood, with free on-street parking. The development team and helpdesk are based in Adelaide, they are a 100% Australian-owned business. The team is agile, enabling them to respond to industry changes quickly. Working from home is a thing when you need it. I recently placed a great developer with them and he is super happy.

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. English must be your first language. Job duties and responsibilities are below:
Providing Help desk support to the clients through TeamViewer, email and phone regarding their issues related to the software.
Providing training support to users on how to use the Software System
Developing and implementing test plans for Software System
Testing the Software System in different environments eg Web App and Mobile App
Detecting and tracking software defects on a timely basis.
Maintaining detailed documentation of test results and providing feedback to the development team through test reports.
Updating software training manuals as required.
Building and testing templates/forms in the client database to ensure correct data capture.
Coordinating with development team regarding new feature requests in the Software System from clients, so they can enhance the quality of Software.
Working as a team and in collaboration with software developers to ensure faults found during testing can be fixed on a timely basis.
Be available for paid after-hours support
