This is a key role within the Operations team where your performance ensures the consistent and seamless delivery of both outstanding cleaning and customer service throughout our customers.The successful candidate will be Healthy and Safety savvy with the ability to oversee and lead teams to ensure high quality cleans are completed to Acies standard. You will be computer literate with the ability to work within budgets, take ownership of scheduling management and be accountable for both new and existing client relationships.Hours of Work & LocationMonday to Friday | Shift work | Early mornings | Day shift | Evening Shift – Occasional weekend work dependent on business needsVarious sites across Brighton and HoveUp to 40 hours per week | plus additional hours as the business requiresWhat you will be doingTrain new starters as well as play an active role in coaching existing employeesManage all aspects of the contracts with customers, handling any queries that arise and finding solutionsAdministrative duties including but not limited to scheduling, overseeing timesheets, holiday and absence recordsFrom time to time covering general cleaning duties to be carried out in line with Acies quality standardsOwnership of Supervisor and Cleaning teams including dealing with employee issues when necessary, Performance management and rota managementAssisting Mobile Cleaner with stock, inventory and laundry dutiesAny ad-hoc duties that arise due to the needs of the businessAbout youHappy to live and carry out our company valuesPositive attitude to work and life with a willingness to learnAbility to clean to an extremely high standardExperience in people/team management and finding solutions to issues and problems if and when they arise in a calm and methodical mannerBeing able to communicate with clients in a way that gives them confidence in us that we care about delivering outstanding service and that we are committed to resolving any problems they raise with usPrevious cleaning/housekeeping experienceAble to work to set timescales and deliver what we promiseFlexibility with your time and attitude will be essential for this role as it can be very reactiveA motivated, proactive, energetic approach to life and workWhat we will do for youInvestment in your personal development through coaching and trainingYearly bonus schemeMonthly company social eventsCompany LaptopEssential RequirementsValid ID -You will need to have the right to work in the United Kingdom.Phone number & Smartphone -We operate via our app, to send you clean requests.
