Job Description : I am working with a highly acquisitive and progressive client of mine in the Tech sector to support with an additional M&A Analyst to join their finance team supporting with their M&A pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join and work closely with the M&A Lead to ensure diligent and timely finance performance meeting timelines of the project and demands of stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for an M&A Analyst to join my client in the Tech sector, here in London at an incredibly exciting period of their trajectory. This 6 month opportunity (Fixed Term Contract), is well suited to someone who has good experience working on Buy Side M&A projects, or has Corporate Finance/TS experience through time in practise.

Having identified a strong pipeline of potential M&A projects and opportunities, they are keen to bring in a qualified accountant who is able to use their previous experience to drive the delivery of M&A project work, working closely with the M&A lead.

Having seen a positive year through 2020 and 2021 given the nature of their business focus (Digital Transformation), my client really is looking at 2022 as an opportunity to continue the trajectory of the business and continued evolution of their capability and are incredibly active in the M&A area.

Prior exposure to Corporate Finance/M&A work will be a huge plus, as my client is confident in the nature of the work being a great opportunity for someone to continue their experience and career within this space, being able to work autonomously and deliver in line with expectation. Given the project nature of the role and the exposure to various stakeholders, an important criteria will be Project Management of the timeline and ensuring data and delivery meets deadlines that are in place, as well as ensuring the financial information is presented in the correct manner and format to enable decision making on both sides.
