Experience:8-10 years Teamcenter Support experience, with atleast 3 years supporting a
customer Production instance
Mandatory Teamcenter Skills:Teamcenter Installation in a distributed environmentTeamcenter custom template install using BMIDEDistributed FMS configurationDispatcher configurationActive Workspace Installation and ConfigurationNX and Solidedge CAD IntegrationWorking experience in Perl/Batch Scripts
Good to have Technical Skills:Catia, AutoCAD and ProE CAD Integration with TeamcenterSQL Scripting
CertificationsITILAWS Cloud Certifications
Other Mandatory Skills:Strong analytical and trouble shooting abilities.Loves solving problemsHas a systematic way to solve problems.Should be able to perform root cause analysis and arrive at the right solutionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam playerLearning attitude – willing to learn new things.Basic Linux and Windows Operating System knowledge
Good to Have Skills:Mentoring of junior team membersUse Pareto or 5 Why or any other Industry technique for root cause analysisAbility to automate some of the tasksScripting knowledge would be usefulDBA knowledge on Oracle/MS SQL
Roles and Responsibilities:Have to work in shifts, as we are supporting 24×7 customersMay have to work on Call during holidaysSolve L2 tickets on the applicationApply patches on test, UAT and Production ServerDocument root cause analysis of issuesReach out to GTAC for Product Issues and raise IRsCommunicate with users on issuesWork with L3 on issues which cant be solved by L2Provide workarounds to issuesDevelop Knowledge Management database for solved issues
