Job Description : Top Job Recruitment are currently seeking a Full Time Management Accountant to be responsible for the accounting & costing of the brands Construction and signage business. This role is based 3 days in their Wickford branch and 2 days in their Witham branch.Duties and TasksProduce weekly reports to the major shareholder showing the financial position of all contractsCollate all PO’s for each contractCompare contract actual performance against budget / tenderEnsure all contracts are meeting profit % targets.Help the MD produce the financial information required for tender submissionsEnsure all work is invoiced weekly to customers, at the correct values, and in accordance with the Group credit policyManage debtors reports and ensure all debts are collectedCalculate monthly WIP figures for submission to Head OfficeControl & invoice contract retentionsProduce quarterly stock count valuations & ensure stock is secureProduce Monthly Management AccountsLiaise with Head Office over supplier paymentsTo produce company annual budgets with Managing DirectorValidate all new sub-contractors on Revenue CIS internet siteCover for other administration staff during periods of holiday / sickness etcTo positively promote the 2 companies at all timesPerson SpecificationThe ideal candidate should be self motivated, enthusiastic and be willing to travel.Able to produce accurate & timely management accountsWill have the ability to prioritise workBe able to communicate efficiently with all levels of individualsWill have a flexible work ethicExperience (Essential or Desirable)Min 1+ years worked in a similar role EssentialQualifications (Essential or Desirable)Fully AAT qualified EssentialFully/Part qualified – ACCA/CIMA DesirableDegree level DesirableSalary: – £35,000 per annumHoliday: – 20 working days + bank holidaysConditions: -Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pmLunch : half an hourProbation Period: – 6 MonthsFor more information please contact Sasha at Top Job Reruitment LtdJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From £35,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Wickford, SS11 8UE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Education:Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)Experience:Management Accountant: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Reference ID: MA
