Qualifications

Technical Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or related area
12+ years of experience in delivering software products with 3+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
5+ years of strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable and distributed platforms
Experience with Self-Serve Data Platforms/ML Platforms is a strong plus.
Solid design and coding skills, strong OOAD principles, with ability to implement them in a language of choice
Able to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction from business strategy to product strategy to high level technical design to detailed technical design to implementation
Demonstrated experience of leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience
Experience with high throughput data pipelines and high-volume data stores will be a plus.
Experience with Big Data Technologies(Hadoop , Spark , Flink , Storm etc) is a plus.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
