About the role
We are looking for a brilliant and passionate Managing Consultant to join our NSW Design team. Someone who can help our clients with all their diverse needs, from initial presales conversations to understand their needs and goals, through to shaping the appropriate program of work – from strategy to research to agile UX and all the skills in-between. We do not expect you to excel at everything, but we will be looking for people with a breadth of experience and some areas of expertise.
Stakeholder engagement, education, and management.
Leading project teams with consultants from across our range of capabilities – including data and development.
Designing and running user-centred design / human-centred design and design thinking activities throughout all phases of a project, from strategy to delivery and adoption.
Solving problems creatively.
Working iteratively using design methodologies such as Lean UX and Agile.
Creating compelling experiences for products that drive adoption, usage, and engagement.
Working collaboratively with customers, product managers, engineers, executives, subject matter experts and other stakeholders through the planning and development lifecycle.
Presenting and defending solutions and understanding how they impact business objectives.
Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Being a thought leader for our growing design team.
