Screwfix are at the cutting edge of performance marketing, working within the Product and Performance team and reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be part of the CRM & Planning team responsible for driving sales through the delivery of direct marketing campaigns across email, mailing, the Screwfix App, SMS and transactional couponing. An entry-level role, this offers a broad insight into our work, and would suit someone who is driven to develop and build a career in marketing.
Key responsibilities
Working closely with the CRM Marketing team in the development, execution and reporting of direct marketing campaigns
Assist with campaign briefing, the distribution and collation of artwork proofs and work within set deadlines
Co-ordinate and implement direct marketing activity in accordance with the agreed marketing plan
Assist with the analysis of campaigns including presenting your findings
Liaise with key contributors and stakeholders to ensure there is consistent communication of campaign activity
Responsible for ensuring that marketing schedules are updated with direct marketing activities and key milestones are being met
Highlight any potential issues or problems that may affect the delivery of campaigns
Required skills & experience
Experience within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
Proven ability to work co-operatively and effectively with others
Confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage a large number of tasks at once
Experience in the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word would be highly advantageous– including creating and amending presentations, using basic formulas and formatting Word documents
Experience in managing a changing workload is essential
Prior experience in marketing is not essential but would be an advantage
