About the Job

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for Collaborating with internal stakeholders to set communications calendar, creative strategy, and content promotions

What you will do:

Building customers segments and communication campaigns along customer journeys
Setting, tracking, and improving key metrics within SMS, email, in-app message and push notification channels
Identifying opportunities to increase retention and lifetime value; planning, directing and executing marketing programs that achieve those goals
Planning, implementing and tracking A/B and multivariate tests for transactional, triggered, and marketing mailings Code, testing, and implementing marketing promotions and campaigns
Leading efforts for cross-promotion and marketing of new products across applicable audiences
Staying current with industry innovations, trends, and best practices across functional areas
Ensuring customer data policies and company’s privacy policy are enforced

What you need to have:

2-5 years of relevant work experience ideally in a fintech/payments/E-commerce/ tech environment with strong growth and analytics background
2+ years experience in maintenance & management of CRM platforms (customer.io/CleverTap experience is required)
MBA or equivalent post-graduation, with at least two years of experience in digital marketing in B2C company
Strong understanding of advertising tools like AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe AdCloud.
Experience with/understand fundamentals of brand building and marketing i.e. audience mapping, positioning, media planning/media mix etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior startup experience is a plus
