Our Marketing Insights team is responsible for leading the development of innovative marketing measurement frameworks that ensure Domain is focused on improving marketing campaign performance and results.
Who You Are
Ideally, you’re an experienced Marketing Insights Analyst with a demonstrated depth of experience in collecting, analysing, interpreting, manipulating and visualising data to help us interrogate results and shape our strategy, you will also have:
Experience using business intelligence systems such as Tableau, and other dashboarding tools such as Google Data Studio or Adobe Workspace
The ability to visualise data in an easy to interpret manner for different internal audiences
Comfortable managing large and complex datasets
An enquiring mind that lets you analyse data quickly and effectively, and your outstanding communication skills mean you are able to convey your findings to a wide range of colleagues
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookup, charts and formulae
Experience using SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Nielsen, Adobe or Salesforce analytics, CRM reporting platforms
An understanding of data structures and how data sits in the data warehouse.
In a typical day you should expect to:
Leverage our analytical tools & research resources to help drive more targeted campaign plans and efficient ROI on marketing investment
Develop campaign reporting frameworks to determine how we best utilise our marketing investment
Assist the Director, Consumer Marketing in creating goals and metrics to underpin strategic plans to deliver on business growth
Query our campaign KPI’s including brand health, website and app data sets to uncover relevant insights to shape future strategy
Develop and test models to effectively attribute marketing activity and measure CLV
Test and validate creative concepts through various research panels
Drive the strategy to deliver media mix modelling analytics
Support the marketing team with proactive analysis of campaigns and consumer related data sets
