Primary responsibilities including but are not limited to:
Design and Implement Mobility solutions for fleet of devices of different customers
This position is for UEM/MDM technology.
The individual should have 5+ years of experience in MDM technology with strong technical background and be very keen in troubleshooting issues.
Experience in VMware WorkspaceOne/AirWatch is mandatory and other MDM technologies (MobileIron/Intune/XenMobile) will be added advantage.
Help in enrollment and provisioning of various devices like iOS, Android, Windows.
Test and push applications to mobile devices , this includes reviewing iPA and APK files.
Assign Restriction policies to Mobile devices.
Assign Compliance policies to Mobile devices.
Push scripts using product provisioning procedure in Workspace ONE.
Troubleshoot issues reported by customers- relating to enrollment, application install and device communication
Collect X-code and ADB logs to investigate application failures or profiles issues.
Troubleshoot various mobile platform issues iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows.
Create customized reports as per requirements of customers.
Replicate issues reported by customers and escalate to VMware if there is a product limitation or Bug.
Work on AFW and DEP integration procedures and renewal of tokens/certificates.
Work on Volume Purchase Program request for bulk applications.
Supervise devices using Apple Configurator and DEP.
Work on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
This position is for UEM/MDM technology. The individual should have 5+ years of experience in MDM technology with strong technical background and be very keen in troubleshooting issues. Normal operations require managing critical issues, regularly communicating with customers, training on MDM product features. Ability to reproduce customer environments in order to find root cause of issues will be a key responsibility.
Experience in VMware WorkspaceOne/AirWatch is mandatory and other MDM technologies (MobileIron/Intune/XenMobile) will be added advantage.
Experience in deployment and implementation of Enterprise Mobility Services which includes working knowledge of Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, Mobile Content Management, Mobile Email Management and BYOD Consulting
Experience in troubleshooting Active Directory, Exchange and ActiveSync. Linux will be added advantage.
Proven Senior level Customer Service experience preferably in the technical support field, handling challenging and unique situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid documentation skills
Ability to complete special projects/assignments with minimal supervision
Team and customer-oriented attitude
Shift flexibility performing services for a 24 x 7 Global customer
Outstanding attendance and schedule adherence
