Job Description : We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Mechanical Draftsperson in Ciel et Terre Bangalore, working directly under the R&D Manager to produce the 2D and 3D mechanical models as per the company standards.Your missions: Create technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, 2D and 3D models of mechanical component designs using measurements, specifications, and additional data from engineering team.Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details, and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices.Communicate with manufacturing personnel to create detailed layouts prior to production including drawing tolerances.Provide support to engineering team as needed by creating technical drawings and digital models within deadlines and utilizing multiple methods to ensure deliverables include all relevant design details.Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.Manage drawing files and quality standards.Understanding and define the required tolerances.Behavioral Competencies: Team Player.Self-Motivation.Logical and organized.Good Communication Skills.Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.2-4 years ‘of experience in mechanical drafting.Proficient with AutoCAD and Solid works.Excellent technical communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Able to work within strict deadlines.Relevant experience in solar industry is an added advantage.Immediate joiner preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Diploma (Required)Experience:Mechanical Drafters: 2 years (Required)
