Job Description : About the Role
As a merchant strategy manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall Go-To-Market strategy and communication plan for promotional campaigns and product feature adoption to merchant partners. In this role, you are not only expected to plan, organize and execute the marketing strategies but also conduct detailed data analysis to propose initiatives for strategy improvements. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders such as product, business, marketing, designs teams and merchant partners.
What You Will Do
Lead go-to-market strategy for product feature adoptions by merchant partners
Create marketing strategies for growing merchant partners funded promotions
Performed thorough analysis to measure the efficiency of ongoing marketing campaigns
Create initiatives to grow the overall performance of the marketing strategy
Manage marketing budgets to support the campaign strategy
What You Will Need
At least 3 years experience in Product Marketing / Business Development / Business Intelligence
Great project management skills
Basic knowledge in Big Query to perform data analysis
Critical problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of F&B merchant partners’ business and ecosystem
