Key Responsibilities : A Basic problem diagnosis B At least 3 year of Directory / LDAP product experience any LDAP based directory products such as Microsoft Active Directory, Oracle/Sun Directory Servers, eNovell Directory C Have experience in maintaining administering Directory D Ability basic knowledge to solve a variety of common technical issues on Directory Management Solution E Experience managing user, group and roles using directory management products
Technical Experience : B Experience managing policies such as passwords, ACLs C Knowledge of Bulk updates using scripts D Managing backup/restore of database E Good verbal written communication, technical document writing F Awareness of global security standards such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA G Good knowledge of Operating System Internals H Understands concepts of Authentication, I Authorization, Provisioning, Identity and Access Management J Good knowledge of basic security
Professional Attributes : A Willingness to be on call support B Willingness to work in shifts C Willingness to travel as required
Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree
