Job Description : Responsibilities: Take a lead role in the development of a new patient application.Co-lead the team on technical direction and development best practices.Supports team strategy in development approach.Iterates with team members around design and development.Mentors other team membersPerform code reviews and help manage the merge request process.Tracks requirements and development progress using shared tools.Provides technical support to other developers when project support is needed.Troubleshoot problems and aid in issue resolution.Observes caregiver and patient workflow.Translates clinical problems into innovative healthcare solutions.Brings new ideas and industry solutions to healthcare for a unique application.Keeps up with industry trends both from Healthcare IT as well as from the mobile development application perspectives.Other duties as assigned.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field required.Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of software development experience, to include mobile experience.Experience with agile/scrum development processes.Experience authoring user stories.Experience with native mobile application development in either iOS or Android.Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment.Experience in interfacing with internal and external customers.Ability to manage time effectively, work autonomously and prioritize.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mobile application deployment processes including app store submissionsDevelopment experience using Dart/Flutter*Flutter, iOS, Android development/Healthcare experienceContract length: 6 monthsJob Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, InternshipSalary: Rs40,000.00 – Rs60,000.00 per month
