Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology or Engineering

Must-have skills

Strong experience with Backend Development using Python
Strong experience of using Django Framework
Managing configuration of deployment systems like Gitlab
Hands on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySql )
Any experience with AI and ML tools will be an advantage
Hands-on experience in scripting (Shell,Python scripting)
Identification and resolution of technical issues through unit testing, debugging & investigation
Strong Problem solving and communication skills
Experience of using Cloud services during development
Experience in Agile Methodology
Understands Coding principles, design thinking ,Data Structure.
Experience of developing Algorithms
Knowledge with front end development will be an advantage
Experience with Elastics search

Nice to have skills

Machine Learning , Artificial Intelligence
Data Analytics and Design Thinking
Experience in working in Financial Services
AWS or Cloud experience , Docker and Kubernetes Experience

Responsibilities

Work with technical and Business team to understand the requirement and apply innovative thinking to design approach.
Perform backend Development using Python.
Provide consultative solutions to problems.
Work closely with other team members for the most effective solution.
