Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Key Responsibilities : 1-Optimizes, implements, and monitors network performance 2- Maintains and reacts to Enterprise-grade network monitoring 3-Fault rectification, service provisioning, Link testing, escalation handling, customer coordination 4-Cisco Enterprise Network design/implementation as per the Client requirements 5-Should have at least 5 years of experience in Cisco Enterprise Network design/implementation
Technical Experience : 1-Cisco Routing/Switching Hardware portfolio 2-Cisco Routing/Switching various protocols OSFP,BGP,VLAN,STP,WIFI Switching, HSRP,VRF Lite, Subnetting,QOS,ACL,Dot1x,AAA etc 3-Designing network on OSI Layer 1-3 based on best practices and Cisco recommendations 4-Experience in SD-WAN tech
Professional Attributes : 1-Ability to multi-task, ability to work on up to email simultaneously maintaining good speed and quality 2-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills 3-Written and spoken English Language communication skills
Educational Qualification : BE Preferred
Additional Information : CCNA CCNA Mandatory CCNP Preferred
