Your Role and Responsibilities
Very good understanding of CUCM, CUPS & Unity , Gateways, CUBE, Architecture design capabilities for Voice Infrastructure platform.Jabber soft / IP phone troubleshooting.Call Manager versions 11.x and 12.x and troubleshooting (DNA, Route patterns, features)Strong experience on IP telephony with Jabber Phones and it’s monitoring tools.Work experience on – Configuration, Secure Gateway integration with CCUM, MS teams integrationVoip Codec, Analog gateway and Fax Experience in voip migrationsBasic knowledge of Network and Security platformVideo Conference device integration techniques.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
4+ years of experience in network engineering or network
centric software.
2+ years experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g.,
Python, Perl, etc.)
Experience developing and understanding network device
configuration for at multiple vendors (Juniper, Cisco, ExtremeIQ,
F5, Meraki).
– Protocol experience in BGP, OSPF, IGP, etc. – understanding of
typical configurations and performance optimizations
Experience understanding and mitigating network hardware and
topology failures.
Experience with Cloud Network working in AWS and Azure.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Design, deploy, manage and maintain multi-vendor, multi-
protocol critical infrastructure networks, network location,
including campus data centers and offiste POP.
Define and develop optimized network monitoring and tool
systems.
Design and deploy new network and tooling architecturesAnalyze data to diagnose and identify root causes to network
issues.
