Coordinate the team by leading the work activities on-site, providing an effective communication level, motivation, training and development, and individual team management for the entire workforce
Management of first-line managers to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement, and the highest standards of health and safety and productivity
Conduct team performance reviews, manage development, and/or succession planning is completed for all first-line managers
Ensure compliance across the entire workforce of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Lead by example for an organised, focused, and ensuring improvement of productivity levels across the entire operational process
To take full operational responsibility for the shift
Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI’s to produce an end-of-shift analysis and provide data on achievements and issues
What we need from you;
Team Management Experience – Essential
Proven track record in team management (minimum FLM 2+ years) – Essential
IT Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Essential
Worked in a fasted paced environment and facilitated change in operations
