Urgent Opening in Associate Manager in Graphic Designer Profile
Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
Discover stakeholders challenges and expectations to recommend visual design strategies and storytelling approach in order to deliver effective change communication and learning projects, to support enterprise-wide business transformations such as ERP implementations, cloud-based implementations, Intelligent Automation implementations, Shared Service setups, etc.
Collaborating with the clients and client teams to understand creative brief and co-create innovative solutions with effective visual design and storytelling- brainstorm for branding, video scripts, layouts, data visualization techniques, visual storyboard etc.
Working through the various phases of project and doing end-to-end project management & deployment, leading a team of Graphic Design consultants and/or analysts to deliver Change Communications and Training projects.
Work on design, visualization, and media development independently for any kind of complexity level media product across all channels such as web, print, and digital using Adobe Suite and other design software. Oversee media aspect in projects as media lead, from conception to delivery.
Drive the quality management aspect in projects from media standpoint. Create and maintain Graphic Standards, Guidelines & Check lists for the Project and ensure they are followed by the team.
Build Functional Competencies as Media Lead for a global team of Graphic Designers- conduct trainings, present media capabilities in different forums, mentor and coach junior media team members, drive reusability and build new media capabilities based on industry trends.
Participate in the recruitment of media personnel ensuring we hire the best talent.Ensur continuous individual development of team members by constructively engaging in mutual feedback process.
Working closely with Capability Network, Market and Business leaders to help with proposals responses, presentations, media capability showcase.Estimating effort required for different activities/ tasks and creating staffing plan for the solutions offered to the prospective client.Identifying new opportunities for communications CoE by leveraging existing relationships and growing networks.
Experience:
10-16 years of work experience in the creative field of media houses, production studios, or management consulting firms ininternal communications,corporate communication, learning, or marketing communications function in a supervisory role. Experience of managing end-to-end communications programs/campaigns, change communications or learning projects for enterprise-wide business transformations such as ERP implementations, cloud-based implementations, Intelligent Automation implementations, Shared Service setups and Cyber Security education and awareness programs would be an added advantage
Project Management: should have experience in leading a team of junior Graphic Designer resources/ analysts to deliver communications campaigns or Learning projects. Should be able to work on project plan, plan resources, assign responsibilities, and execute the projects end-to-end, esp. in the area of media development.
Stakeholder Management: should have experience in directly interacting with internal and external client stakeholders to understand the communication project requirements, agree on timelines etc.,recommending effective visual design strategies, storytelling approaches, data visualization techniques, etc. and finally meeting the client expectationsin a multi-cultural and global environment.
Business Development: should have experience in working on client proposals and suggest solutions. Should be well-versed with effort estimationrequired for different activities/ tasksin communications campaignsusing various channels.
Functional Management/ Mentor: should have background in Graphic Designing/animation with fair knowledge of standards in Web, Print and Digital media and handling a team within functional domain,coaching, and mentoring the team members.
Should have expertise in working on varied products across web, print and digital for creative communications campaign projects like posters, banners, infographics, branding material, newsletters, emailers, multimedia videos, presentations etc. using Adobe Suite and other Graphic Design and animation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After effects, MS PowerPoint, SoundBooth, etc.Should have good knowledge of visual design principles, color theory etc. and Audio and video editing.
Up to date with the latest graphic trends, techniques, and technologies. Ability to adapt to new technologies/ tools.
Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
