Now we have the outlets in Malaysia and Thailand too.Experience pocket friendly and fun singing session with fully furnished vibrant and trendy rooms with various capacity and be refreshed with a variety of free flow of drinks and snacks at the self-service barWe are looking for our core member who can enjoy and grow up our KARAOKE MANEKINEKO over whole Indonesia.Job descriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise outlet staff and manage outlet operation to ensure the customer’s satisfaction.Ensure whole outlet and kitchen operation is smooth.Manage digital marketing to get the awareness and to collect customersRecruit and train outlet staff to maintain and improve their service standard.Monitor the inventory and order Food and Beverage itemsSchedule work shifts for employees.Ensure the outlet is clean and well maintained.Analyze daily, weekly and month sales and come out the ideas on the promotion and sales strategies.Cooperate with Operation Manager, Increase and Maximize outlet salesEnsure all Karaoke machines function well and all songs are updated to latestCoordinate with other Support Division or Department.Knowledge, Skill & Requirements: In-depth knowledge of staff management and customer service.Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.Outstanding communication and organizational skills.Qualification: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar roleAble to communicate with either English or JapaneseApplication Deadline: 1/30/2022Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Rp6,000,000 – Rp9,000,000 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:We follow all safe measures’ rule and regulations.
