Job Description : The Role:
This position reports to our Founders and is a 6-month attachment providing a fast-track to a possible full-time role.

As our Partnerships and eCommerce Lead, you will be a key team member working closely with the Leadership team to plan and execute growth strategies and initiatives for Ridenjoy – a one-stop active mobility lifestyle platform.

You will be tasked with the challenge of sourcing and securing partners, merchants, stakeholders, influencers, users and more. We welcome someone who is keen to build up the Company’s eCommerce capabilities from scratch and eventually assemble his or her own hyper-growth team.

Job Responsibilities:

Partnership & Community Engagement
Identify needs and challenges of users, sponsors, partners, merchants, retailers, stakeholders
Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to local businesses, merchants, retailers, sponsors, etc
Track and develop target prospects lists and manage all enquires
Work with Marketing to develop collaterals to best communicate our value proposition, identify effective communication channels and cost-effective lead generation process
Key liaison between external parties and internal Marketing and Product teams
Assist Marketing in managing partners, merchants, influencers to create compelling content for all marketing channels
Understand and map out customer journeys to identify opportunities for offline and online retail and activation
Work with Marketing Lead to establish CRM framework and customer feedback channels
Ecommerce Business Acceleration
Monitor fast-changing industry and market developments to identify key product categories and to evolve growth strategies
Proactively and reactively manage internal and external stakeholders, external partners, merchants, retailers and third party vendors
Create and maintain e-commerce calendar and work with Marketing on brand, seasonal, tactical campaigns
Create best in class merchandise for Ridenjoy own official J-Shop
Operational leadership in product listings, creative adaptation and driving all sales and promotional campaigns
Work with Marketing to define the right conversion-driving strategy, utilization of paid media channels and allocation of budget and resources to maximize results
Generate and optimise plan to meet agreed KPIs, create best practices and benchmarks
Lead monthly sales reporting and financial reconciliation
Look into supply chain set-up and securing logistic partners for fulfilment and delivery
Product Development & Management
Regular reviews with Development Team to influence internal product development and roadmaps
Analysis and tracking of competitive platforms, new technologies and features
Contribute ideas for new products and oversee the integration and deployment of new technologies, tools and features
Escalate issues to Development Team in a timely manner and take the lead in utilizing resources available to resolve urgent customer-facing challenges

Duration of Attachment:
6 months (Oct 2021 – Mar 2022)

Requirements:
University Degree or Diploma holder or Relevant Professional Certification
Hands-on individual who’s passionate about social commerce, digital marketing and technology trends
Results-driven agile thinker who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced and uncertain environment
Excellent communication skills, capable of actively engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Desire to learn and must be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently with different teams
Experience with eCommerce platforms, growing website traffic, social media metrics, app downloads will be advantageous
Approved Training Allowance:
Fresh Graduates – $2,100
Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals – $2,500
Mature Mid-Career Individuals – $3,200

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Fresh graduates interested in this position should possess a Diploma or relevant Professional Certification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
