We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Operational management across entire transport functions
Hosting monthly supplier review meetings (both customer and staff bases)
Answer customer queries and issues from the Trust and other sources
Managing and making bookings for patience
To ensure full compliance with regulatory policies are upheld (Internal / External)

People Management skills – essential
Experience working with Cleric/Apts – desirable
An interest in Transport and Patient Services Industry
Proven experience in customer service – essential
