Responsible for a designated portfolio you will lead improvement and change projects and improve people manager capability through high level advice and support.You will also:Provide high level and authoritative HR and IR advice to people managers and team membersProvide effective end-to-end case management of people and employee relations and wellbeing issues in conjunction with business units or the Health & Safety team where appropriateContribute as subject matter expert, to an ambitious organisation transformation projectPositively influence workplace culture and employee engagement in client business units and own teamFull time, ongoing position. Band 4.3 $106,482.96 plus superannuation.About youYou have proven success in a similar role and are looking for the next challenge.
