Job Description : Working as a PHP Team Lead to evaluate client needs, providebusiness solutions and set client expectations.Write “clean”, well-designed codeProduce detailed specificationsGuide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership to teammates.Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related codeResponsible for collecting, understanding and documenting business requirements and translating those into functional and system design specifications.Responsible for system specifications design and review, technical review, system testing, system implementation, post implementation review, risk assessment, identifying dependencies & gaps. Develops and maintains detailed project implementation plans.
