You will be joining an expanding team of dedicated professionals, working hard to empower vulnerable adults with complex and traumatic backgrounds to feel safe, supported and happy in their homes.A key aspect of the role will be to successfully support the transition of individuals into their new homes, as well us supporting the development of our PBS outreach service.You will form positive relationships with those we support, their families and multi-disciplinary teams of professionals.
